Return Policy:
If your AutooBrush purchase does not meet your satisfaction, it may be returned to our address for a full refund. Refunds will be offered in the original method of payment for 10 days. Items must also be unused, unworn and unwashed to be accepted for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Our products being hygiene based makes them more difficult to return, and demands more attention to detail before processing. We therefore have a stricter policy that grants us the ability to evaluate customer inquiries on an intimate, case by case basis. This structure allows us to fully ensure whether a problem is in fact irreversible to allow full return. If you do experience an issue with AutooBrush, just be sure to reach out to us right away and we will be sure to guarantee full satisfaction!
